Care Management Documentation System

​

You can purchase the system outright for a one-off payment of £750.00*

 

You will receive updates to Policies as and when required via email at no additional cost.

 

  • We will email you a form requesting a few details, such as Company Name, Location, Contact Details etc.

  • We will then confirm the Safeguarding Local Authority including contact numbers for you

  • We will then email you a 'proof' document for you to check

  • We will then send you the documentation in the format you request

 

If you have multiple sites, you will receive the documentation for Complaints and Safeguarding specific for those sites (requirement of CQC) - Maximum of five (5) sites included in cost for additional sites there may be an extra charge.

 

You will also receive a copy of our 'Staff Management Matrix' (For Microsoft Excel)

This Matrix is designed so you can easily track the following for your staff;

 

  • Training

  • Supervisions inc. Observed

  • Meeting Attendance

  • Availability

  • Sickness / Absence

  • MAR Chart Audits per staff member

 

This simple to use Spreadsheet makes keeping up to date easy.

Our rates are realistic and we can offer one-off visits or regularly scheduled visits for audits and meetings.

Our consultancy service pricing is based on 'occupancy' not the number of registered beds.

Prices range from £550* for upto 49 Residents to £750* for 50+ Residents. This is for a 'one off' Quality Audit of a Residential / Nursing Home. Please contact us for detailed pricing.

 

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Audits

We also offer Audit visits by a Dedicated Consultant in your specific area of service provision, covering all Fundamental Standards relating to Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. The cost for this is from £150.00 per month up to £250.00 per month for larger services. These costs also include ongoing Telephone and Email Support as required.

Homecare Services - Our prices are based on the number of 'Hours' delivered per week and start at £450.* Quarterly visits from as little as £75* per month and again, we include ongoing Telephone and Email Support.

After each Audit, whether it is a 'one off', specialist or bespoke, we supply a comprehensive Report and any 'Action Plans' that may be required.

 

If required we can also support you through the implementation of the 'Actions' either face to face or via telephone, email or Skype. We support you and your Teams to bring about the required improvements. Charges for this service is based on the level of input required.

Health & Safety Inspection and Audits, including Fire Safety, are charged at an additional fee depending on the size of the service.

Our Training Services cover every aspect of Adult Social Care and Management, Health & Safety and Fire Risk Management

 

We have a team of specialist Trainers and qualified Risk Management professionals.

 

Linda from DoubleH Training, manages all our mandatory and specialist Social Care Training including the Care Certificate Training

 

DoubleH Training is owned and managed by Linda Hudson who started working in Health & Social Care over 27 years ago and has been delivering training across Coventry & Warwickshire for the last eleven years.

 

They can come to you to deliver training in your workplace, which can reduce training costs and can be more convenient for the staff attending.  If you would prefer training to be delivered off site a suitable venue can be arranged.
